Updated 30 September 2026

1. Introduction

Ark Stone Trading ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and share your personal information when you visit our website, use the Ark Stone Trading mobile app or trading platforms, or interact with our services.

By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. The information and services you use determine which data is processed. Contact us if you need clarification about a particular feature or provider.

2. Information We Collect

To provide comprehensive financial services and comply with regulatory mandates, we collect various categories of personal data, including but not limited to:

  • Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, governmental identification numbers, passport details, and nationality.
  • Contact Data: Residential address, email address, and telephone numbers.
  • Financial Data: Bank account details, payment card information, source of funds, income details, and investment experience.
  • Transaction Data: Details regarding your deposits, withdrawals, executed trades, and platform interactions.
  • Technical Data: IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, and operating system.

3. Purpose of Processing

We strictly process your personal data for the following legitimate purposes:

  • To establish, manage, and administer your trading account.
  • To execute transactions and provide access to our platform features.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • To enhance our platform's security, prevent fraud, and mitigate risk.
  • To communicate with you regarding account updates, policy changes, and essential administrative information.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose your information to specific external entities solely for the purpose of operational functionality and regulatory compliance:

  • Service Providers: Payment processors, identity verification agencies, and IT infrastructure providers.
  • Regulatory Authorities: Financial regulators, tax authorities, and law enforcement agencies when mandated by applicable law.
  • Professional Advisors: Auditors, legal counsel, and compliance consultants under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Access to personal data should be limited to authorized people and service providers who need it to perform their roles. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or regulatory reporting requirements.

Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. Identity-verification, transaction, payment, complaint and security records may need to be retained for applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements. Contact support for the categories, reasons and retention periods applicable to your account.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our overriding legal retention obligations.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: Request suspension of data processing under certain conditions.
  • Right to Data Portability: Request the transfer of your data to another entity in a structured format.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Ark Stone Trading account and associated personal data by emailing support@arkstonetradingpartners.com. This includes the account used in the Ark Stone Trading mobile app. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.

We verify account ownership before processing changes. Support will explain any steps relating to open positions, remaining balances or unresolved transactions, and the applicable processing timeframe. Data no longer needed for a legitimate retention purpose will be deleted; records subject to the retention requirements above may be retained. Requests involving service providers may require coordination with them.
