Use the address or QR code generated for this deposit. Compare the full address before confirming the transfer. Do not rely on a social message, old screenshot or previous deposit address without checking the current instructions.

Keep the transaction hash and payment reference.

Check both stages.

Blockchain confirmation does not by itself confirm account credit. Processing times vary. Avoid sending a second payment simply because the first is still processing.

If the balance has not updated.

Check the asset, network, address, amount and payment status. Have the transaction hash and payment reference ready for support.
